The ByTheBook name, logo, and all related graphics, designs, and features are our intellectual property. Book covers, descriptions, and metadata belong to their respective publishers and rights holders.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ByTheBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Book information may contain inaccuracies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app or by visiting Delete Account.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
